Default Mining Caps quest broken on red99
The Mining Caps quest: http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=311 is not functional on Red99. The abandoned heretic pet & skeletons simply eat the caps without any reaction or quest reward, I do not know if it's also broken on the blue server.

Not sure if it's broken on blue server either, as I've killed about 100 kobold scouts and haven't seen a cap yet. Did this get fixed on red99, or no?
