Wolf Form / Charm for Quest Turn In

I'm a DE doing mystic cloak turn in, I need a charm for NPC in najena, she is low 20's, and wolf form for the other turnins in felwithe and erudin, thanks so much. PST to heartbrand in game

Just need a bard or chanter who charm a level 40 mob in erudin for final turn in of mystic cloak, paying 150pp, thanks
