Default PvE Resists
Every once in a while I run into a superhero mob that resists every single spell. Come back 20 min later and shit is fine and I kill it np.

Random numbers are random, and eq is known for its streaky rng.

That, and resists seem to be extremely much higher than they are supposed to be.
