Staff is not instant click with no recast as it was on live for at least 3-4 weeks after it was first dropped for Afterlife, 28 August 2000.

As it stands right now it should be an insta click for a little while and then nerfed to 7sec cast.

Well known back in the day it was instant for a short while.

P.S. While classic, I think allowing an instant clicky heal like that even retroactively is a bit crazy.

Not to mention we are entering the 4th week of VP release, so it would have been fixed by now anyway. Not that I wouldn't love an instant click gheal stick.

yea it went from instant to 5 seconds, then to 12 seconds and finally moved back to 7 seconds.

For sure, knowing that one has dropped last week its fair enough to say that it would be nerfed by now.
