Mage- Do you have to do more then 50% damage to not have the pet take 75% exp?

Bard-Do bards get the 40% exp penalty?

Paladin-High Elf, wattup

Mage you have to do more than 50% DMg to the mob to get full exp yes bards get the exp penalties.

wow that blows.... Is it 75% exp reduced then if you dont do 50% dmg?
