Was it announced for the evening? And by evening, is that EST or Pacific? A rough window? I think it was announced for "likely evening" by Rogean a while back but I can't remember now for sure.

He said prior to launch, probably morning / early afternoon of the launch he'd announce a time. Rest is skeptic nerdraging.
