Priest of Order, PVP Disable in town for all levels?

Hi,

I've not seen this change, or when it was implemented, but there's a guy called Priest of Order in qeynos that offers immunity from pvp.

Not sure why this was added, didn't we all agree that no pvp for level 1 was enough, having people being able to be immune to pvp in towns to buff up their raids without intervention etc is a bad thing.

Not sure what the quests he is talking about may be, but i'm personally strictly against this and i'd much rather see guards assisting on a faction based system then having the ability to go blue in towns.

Your input please dogs, has this been brought up?
