Game Mechanics: Geomatry problem on roof of building in East Freeport

At approx -120, -460 in east freeport, there's a building with some crazy invisible box on the roof. I was levitating across the zone as an ogre and I was able to step onto the roof but not back off. Around the edge of the roof there seemed to be an invisible wall. I could visually see through this wall, but could not find any exit and could not target through it. I had a wizard come and she was able to target me, invite me to group and port me out.
