Shrink does not show up for people who enter a zone after you shrink. it sucks having to constantly re-shrink in dungeons when new people enter zone.

Shrink always wears off when you zone.

Is this what you mean, or is it something else?

I think he means if he were to shrink player A, and player B were to zone into the dungeon AFTER he shrunk player A, player B would not see player A in his shrunk size, but his regular one.
