Qeynos is a good area for experts... but if you're just starting, you might want to reroll Freeport for the most people and groups and buffs.

I had previously made a Bard in Kelethin, and ran to FP. I then made a Ranger in Qeynos. In the amount of time I've had the Ranger (maybe three days), I've seen more non-afk people, and had more groups than I ever did near or around FP.

This is so true. If I knew all the quests and options I do now, my live leveling experiences in Qeynos would have been better. 2 free quest containers to use as bags, tomer instogle as a pet, crate delivery, bard reports, donation quests, etc. Lots can be accomplished just by running between north/south qeynos.
