Everything at super speed

Not sure what's going on but every once in awhile i will log in and everything will be at super speed. My spells, my movement, even /camp takes 10 seconds instead of 30 even tho the msg shows up in 5 second intervals still. This has only happened twice and from what i can observe the only thing that was constant on both times is i had a youtube video going while loading. I tested it a bit more this time and even at char select screen the movements on chars seem to be sped up. Like the random scratching and so on, it almost made them look like they were having a seizure lol. I know that in the wrong hands this bug could be highly exploitable. I mean i was casting a 10 second spell in about 3 seconds. Even tho the spell doesnt land till normal time i can still be running it lands. And let me at the run speed i was going at is WAY faster than bard. It was almost difficult to move around it was so fast. That's really all i can offer, other than it wouldn't go away till i completely closed the client down.
