Game Mechanics: Ferocious Hammerhead drops

He currently is either dropping nothing, or dropping the ultra rare chest. This item however seems to be missing from his drops:

16 "Ferocious Room" with Ferocious Cauldron Shark who drops Wand of Shadow (Common) and Driftwood Treasure Chest (Rare)

It is listed on EQ Atlas as the 'common' drop. Yet out of 20 kills I have yet to see one. I know he can drop no item at all, but you'd think I would've seen the common drop once out of all those kills. Has anyone else gotten this item? Otherwise I'm pretty sure it just isn't on the drop list at all.

His drop rate should be:

Nothing - Most Common
Wand of Shadow - Uncommon
Driftwood Treasure Chest - Rare
