WTB Blade of Green Dragon Eye

So I've been looking for a while but havent seen one for sale. The ratio is a tiny bit less then the seb croaking dirk (10/18 is .55 and 13/24 is .54) and also drops off the same difficulty mobs so I'd expect it to be about the same price range. I am looking to pay around 60k-70k, or trade pp + a green jade axe.
