I had no trouble with this .. on my development server, nor on the pvp beta server.

You sure you traded the no-drop/lore version to Nolusia?

Yeah absolutely positive, no way to get a different version of the Erud's Tonic without doing the turn in. Turned in the Innoruuk's Kiss to Sinnkin, brought it to Nolusia, handed it, non-invis, kindly faction, received nothing. Odd.
