Miscellaneous: Faction Issue

This is regarding a faction fix that was done on the September 10th patch.

"Uthgaard: Corrected faction name: CoalitionofTradefolkIll, not CoalitionofTradefolkIII

and
Uthgaard: Removed all references to the duplicate CoalitionofTradeFolkIll and merged faction standings from the two in the db"

The bug is that where my DE Innoruuk Necro was previous to these changes apprehensive to freeport rogues(i did janam and rebby until i moved up from glowers), he is now threateningly. I believe there was some sort of error when the factions were merged where the correct faction was removed instead.

Lastly, I am not sure the factions should've been merged to start. One coalition faction was for the rogues, i believe this was the underground. The other coalition was for misc vendors located throughout freeport. The last was just a regular Freeport militia faction.

The primary complaint of the previous bug report was that Janam and Rebby were seemingly not giving enough of an increase to the non rogue factions. This was true based on my memory, and that of comments about 10ish runs of the duo of quests raising faction for rogues from glowers to apprehensive.
