No terrain texture ingame

Hi everyone,

I searched the FAQs / the Google / the Search button, but I can't find any post on my problem :
I don't have any textures in EQ except for the characters : no buildings texture, no terrain, no trees, nothing.
I am running EQ titanium, with the last v17 spellfile in vmware fusion on OSX. I tryed to change a lot of display settings but nothing works. The characters textures are perfectly fine.

I am trying to get a fresh EQ titanium install to check just in case, but it is going to be days before I get my hands on it.

Do you guys have any ideas how to solve the problem ?
