No server list, cannot join game

Ok guys I've held off on this as long as tolerable.. the only constant here is that after eqchangesv15 I have a MAJOR problem.. not logging on but after I login there are no servers in the server select screen. I want to acknowledge right off the bat that I know this could be an eq emu problem and not specifically tied to project 1999 but this is the only server I play on and I'm hoping someone can help me.

I haven't played also for about 2 months before eqchangesv15 were implemented so it could have been something before that. Anyway every time I try to log in.. I can login fine no probs.. but blank server select screen. I cannot pick a server, nothing there. Ports are open and forwarded on my 'puter (which would seem to be the prob but I've been playing on this sever for over a year with no probs ever) and this is a new issue with no changes to my router/modem or network config in any way. I'm also quite handy with a 'puter.

I've been searching the forums and 'net and the only relevant issues that I'm seeing are old and resolved. Is anyone else having this prob? I have to continuously try to log in sometimes almost a hundred times and then just outa nowhere.. bam, the server list shows up and I can log in. Sometimes it takes 10 tries but like I said sometimes a hundred.. my hand gets tired from typing for !@#$'s sake.

Again this can't be on my end, I've never had a prob before and I know that eq emu has gone through a server change and I'm just lost for an explanation I've tried f'n everything. HELP!

Also I'm in Chicago and my friend that I play with is having the same problem as me. Blank server select screen after login, and it seems to be more of a problem during peak usage times. Late at night it's easier for me to get in. Very frustrating.. keep in mind I'm very good with a computer and can understand tech talk well. Any relevant help with be much appreciated.
