Need to find a new place to fear kite...

28 necro looking to get to 29. I was in SK fighting avos/gnolls but they area starting to con even and blue to me so I need to find more even/yellow mobs to fear kite. I went to OT last night and around WW is all green and there area not enough level appropriate mobs around ledge.

Any suggestions in kunark for outdoor 26-31 level mobs that are good fear kiting subjects?
