Guard Hartt (Butcherblock) not on 6 minute timer

This guard is outside and is on a 20 minute timer. I believe he should be on a 6 minute timer? [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Do you have any sources? I could only find 21.5 minute spawn timers mentioned in comments. We have Butcher guards varying between 18 and 24 minutes.
