Is pet killing while AFK against the rules?

Is pet killing (pet set to Guard mode next to agro mobs) while AFK (greens for faction or otherwise) against the server rules?

afk camping is highly frowned upon. you will receive a sad face in tells from a gm when you come back from afk.

I believe they will kick you to server select screen but they won't ban you? Atleast thats what I gathered from reading it.

Fun fact, there was a bard afking in orc 1 on live with an AoE song on, I trained Slate on him
