Quest Issue: Gnasher's note - Medal of Honor

The finishing part of the quest with Gnasher Furgutt (that begins in Surefall) has you take the note he drops, which is an order from McNeal Jocub for a cask of BB stout, to Cpt Tillin in SQ.

Cpt Tillin rewards you with the medal of honor (5cha neck item) and calls for the executioner, who will walk to Fish's Ale House and kill McNeal Jocub. It's actually pretty cool following the executioner doing this...

On this server, Captain Tillin just hands the note back to you with no further scripting.

Found original pics and text for this. McNeal Jocub will die by 2 handed axe. I found no evidence for the medal of honor though, link?

Event looks good though.. one of the only cool things in Qeynos.
