Severilous Spawn Location

I want to know Severilous' spawn location. The spawn location listed on http://www.mqemulator.net, the only site I know of with such information, is not the actual spawn location for Severilous on P99. It also is not close enough to the listed spawn location to see spell spam, so it's not like it's just off by a little.

I'd like to know what the developers used as a reference when determining Severilous' (and the other outdoor kunark dragons') spawn point so I can reference the same information.

I don't believe that it was ever something that was scrutinized, he was in the right general vicinity, so it was likely left as it was from stock peq data.
