Game Mechanics: Safefall & Sneak/hide

Lvl 35 rogue, after the last patch I've noticed I have some serious issues with safefall. When I fell from large heights I used to take maybe 6-10 damage max, (Towers off LoIO) and now I frequently take over 80 dropping off heights perhaps half that length. Is this an issue?

Furthermore, when I am successfully sneak/hidden, I notice I am sometimes aggroed by nearby mobs every now and then. This is a *non combat* successful hide, and I don't recall sarnaks having see invisible. Can anyone confirm deny?

Some sarnaks can most definitely see invis. Learn to con.

I fixed the rogue safe fall skill cap to be 94 and forgot to make a note of it, so that's why you're falling for more.
