Spell bar drop down menu

i am using Duxa's UI and before that was using savoks

neither one seems to have the drop down menu when right clicking an empty spell gem.

anyone know the files i need to enable this or someone could post a DL to add this to a UI that doesnt have it?

i guess im just assuming its not been disabled on this server......if it is that blows but atleast spell sets are still in >_<
