Default Game freezes after a few minutes playing

As title says, after playing for a few minutes, my game freezes completely. I can still hear sounds, like my character jumping.
Any idea on how to fix this?[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.][You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I've tried the next things from an old thread but it doesn't work (couldn't change the shader cache option since it doesn't appear at all)

I made 2 adjustments were were suggested in other threads.

Main fix is in the eqclient.ini
I modified the setting for these 2 lanes :
MultiPassLighting=0
ShowDynamicLights=FALSE

and since i have an nvidia card

Right click Desktop
NVIDIA Control Panel
Manage 3D Settings
Program Settings
Select or add Everquest (eqgame.exe)
Shader Cache Off

I have not had a freeze in about 10 hours of gameplay. I hope this was permanent. If the problem persists I will update everyone and thanks for all the work that has gone into try to solve this.
