Goblin Janitor in Runnyeye should be dropping Small Piece of High Quality Ore for the Halfling cultural sewing kit.

This is needed to make the vale sewing kit used by halflings in tailoring. Has anyone gotten this ore off of him? And if so, how rare has it been? I am looking for some on the Tribunal server if anyone has any I would gladly buy it from them. Need 2 pieces to make the sewing kit.
