error - a timeout occurred

my initial client will come up but anytime i try to login it gives me a prompt with 'error- a time out occurred'. i've tried everything in the pinned comments. not sure what else i can do at this point. my connection is fine, i've played plenty of other games with no issues

I'm having the same error. A little discouraging that there were no replies to the initial situation... should I assume there's no solution?

Try EQTool, it has Login Middlemand addon feature. Middlemand can fix logging time out occurred error
