Default Important Channels To Know?

I was just wondering if there are any serverwide channels for LFG people, etc.?

I remember that back in the day (2000-2002ish), we simply went to the zone that we wanted to hunt in and shouted for a group. Is that how things are done on this server?

As near as I've seen, literally every zone and camp for low levels is deserted. Nobody is hunting dervs in NRO, nobody is camping the orcs in EC, nobody is on Orc Hill in GFay, etc.

Is the only option now to try and solo your way up? That's incredibly hard to do without twinking unless you're one of a handful of classes.

The first couple levels you kind of need to solo, especially if you play off hours.
If you hit up crushbone, unrest, mistmoore and follow the general path it gets easier to do pick up groups all the way
If you can find some friends that play similar times to you, that's where p99 really shines. I leveled one of my toons on weekend mornings only because we had a friend who could only play then. Most fun I've had in the game

Okay, thanks.

It's not that hard to solo on my mage... just the third level before a round of spells gets rough. It did back in the day too, so nothing new.

Druid sorta annoying to solo since no med until level 8 (kinda hit a wall at 6, but I think I know where to go to level) further. It'll just take forever trying to solo it unless I beg for chanter buffs. LOL

The cleric will be a nightmare though. Maybe I'll save that one for last and see if I can make some friends trying to level up alts.

Thanks for the help.

beg for level 60 druid buffs, they have a better mana regen buff than enchanters since it lasts a lot longer and is only 1 mana per tick less

Probably a lot less so than you think ... and I say that having played (both here and on live) a Shaman, a Druid, and a Ranger.

I'm not saying it won't happen, because it will, but here far more players have JBoots. If they don't, many have SoW potions ... and even if they have neither, most get a free SoW when their Dial-a-Port arrives.

I was mostly joking. I'd probably be porting people myself as a way to earn some extra cash and SoW them too.

Whenever I'm sitting at the tunnel with any toon, I just hear someone ask about once every three to four minutes.

the most important channel is 99 over and over and over really fast and you can see boobies between the squiggles!
