Let us play in the sprinklers
It's 2025.
Most of the characters on this server were made 10+ years ago and are not piloted anymore. I would argue it is worth any and every attempt to get as many of these people to log back in semi-regularly as possible. Any financial incentive is an added bonus. Allow one time transfers off Red to Blue or Green, even if just a single character. Let us reinvest emotionally and/or financially in the project.

"piloting" is vernacular that only account buyers and macro hax boxers use, are you a cheater who buys accounts and RMTs? The whole point of a server that doesnt reset or have expansions is that your character is still valuable after 10 years, you can pick up where you left off with very little lost progress on RED99. The only thing that brings old players back is banning the cheaters, and it looks like thats happening more recently. And that is: Glorious. Are you upset that you cant RMT or cheat anymore?
