Default P99 on a Raspberry Pi 400

I was asked if I could get P99 up and running on the Raspberry PI so I decided to give it a go.

The UI is my own, it's called Avenies UI of many colours, you can find it on the forum here :- https://www.project1999.com/forums/s...d.php?t=401785

Here is a quick demo of the UI

What did you use to get this running. I’m wondering if it would run even better on a raspberry pi 5, 8gb. Can’t seem to find anything on getting this installed though on the pi 5.

Default I too, am wondering

I've spent a few hours, but I am still unable to put this all together.

Could someone please post a guide for dummies to install Project 99 on a Pi 5 using the current Ubuntu desktop OS you can download directly from them?

A very simple step by step on any other Linux OS for the Pi 5?

Thanks much for help & time.

P99 STEAMDECK STEP BY STEP is basically that, because the Steam Deck is (essentially) just another Linux PC.

Also, I think there are other "P99 on Linux" guides available, but my guess is the Steam Deck one is the most recent (and thus the most likely to work without issue).

Of course, there might be some Rasberry Pi specific issues (so a guide for it would still be nice), but at least the generic Linux stuff should get you most, if not all the way there.
