Default Looking to play soon

Hello everyone!

When I learned this project existed thanks to a YouTube video it resurrected in me an old addict's cravings. I haven't played EverQuest since 2002, and I'm not really interested in the current version (where you can pay to prevent xp loss when dying).

To me, the best feeling of Norath was just before we went to the moon, and it seems like that will be perfect for this project.

So while I was scouring the internet for Titanium (unsuccessfully so far) I've made a 90's like blog for my character on neocities (the spiritual successor for geocities).

You can check it out at https://book-of-loathing.neocities.org/

It would be awesome if someone was also starting out in the dark elf starting zone regions if they want to group up. I do enjoy some RP, so that is also welcome.

This is my first and quite possibly last post here depending on if I can get Titanium. So cheers to the past and cheers again should we have a future as party companions.

Great news! I got Titanium. I've followed the guides here, but am having some log in problems.

Yep a quick dabble in grayware is step one here, but it's one that everyone ignores, including Daybreak. So don't worry your conscience about it [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

It's old enough that it's on the internet archive (when hackers haven't ruined it for everyone - hopefully it'll be back up soon):

Well, the log in problems I was experiencing were actually AMD processor issues. I fixed it by downclocking to 41 as suggested in the tech help section here.

I've created my DE Necro on green and leveled Lokaius to 2 before going to bed. There is so much I don't remember about how to play. I'll have to update my blog for the character ASAP.

If anyone wants to group up around Neriak, PST.

Congrats! Glad to hear you got past all the hurdles. Due to server age, there aren't a tremendous number of new players but there are enough to get some groups here and there. I recently started a WE druid and I've found groups in Crushbone. As a necro though, as you know you're self sufficient and can make progress groups or no.

Damn what a throwback, I miss those times when everyone had their own web page.

Wait this is a legit poster? I always link means bot [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

My apologies if my silence has done you dirty, op, welcome.

I don’t ply a huge amount these days, and when I do I play blue more than green. I will say both servers are full of awesome peeps. If you run in to any issues the forums are usually happy to help.
