mob con circles not showing

Hey all. Just did a fresh install of Duxa's all in one on a fresh install of EQ Titanium on a fresh install of Windows 7 (WHEW!). I'm using the P99 optimized UI. As title says, mob con circles aren't showing. Anyone know how to solve this? Thankz

solved, i guess show 3d target ring is unchecked by default
