This may not work, but you can try it.

Edit "Launch Titanium.bat" with a text editor to use this set of commands:

cmd.exe /C Start /affinity 1 eqgame.exe patchme

This will make the game run on a single CPU core, which seems to help with stability.

Also, set eqgame.exe to use compatibility mode for Windows XP Service Pack 3. This isn't in the bat file, you right click the eqgame.exe itself and go into properties.

Just remember that if a new patch comes out, "Launch Titanium.bat" will get reverted. You could probably just copy the bat file and name it to something else.
