Did coldain shawl affect bard mana song tick to give 1 more mana? i think i heard it did... wanted to confirm

It won't give other players more mana from your song. Your character will get 1 more mana per tick, which will help with the few spells that use mana. Shawl is one of the few FT items bards can get, they don't have a lot of options.

only few playstyles for bards will warrant the need to regen mana faster than the standard. Most don't play that way to need it.
