Default Hunting for a 45 Shaman

Back before Kunark, I was leveling my shaman at the two gnome guards in Steamfont. Now, though, these guards seem to be camped a lot (somehow more than they were before Kunark, which doesn't seem to make any sense whatsoever), and so I'm looking for somewhere else to go. I'm up for grouping or soloing; preferably, both would be possibilities. I'm bound at firepots, so anywhere near LOIO works well for me, though I could also get a port to Dreadlands and go somewhere from there.

My only thought right now is to go to Solusek B, but if there are better EXP options at my level in Kunark, I'd like to hear them. Solusek B is also not that great in that I can't really solo safely if I can't find a group. Is Karnor's reasonable at my level? I know there are mobs outside in Dreadlands that I could probably solo if LFG.

City of Mist should be a dungeon in your range, although I don't know how shaman soloing goes there. You could also probably solo in the EJ/TT zones, but you won't find groups in the outdoor ones. I've heard of necros/clerics/mages also soloing in LGuk through the mid 50s. Dreadlands seems to be a popular place for the mid-40s crowd. I personally AE kited in OT until 46, so if you are looking for low-dark-blue mobs, OT is the place to be until 46-48 when a lot of them turn LB.
