Blue server blocking my IP

I have attempted to login to the Blue Server multiple times and I keep getting "your IP is temporarily blocked". But, I CAN log into the Green server.

Make sure you don't have an eqgame.exe process running when the client is closed. Sometimes, the client doesn't close properly and you won't get logged out on the server-side if your client is still running.
