Character gone after corpse gone

was doing a corpse run and after finding my corpse when i went back it was gone. than went to log on and instead of loggin on it deleted my character. Cant find support to restore so...

Did you try logging out, closing down the game, and logging back in again (ensuring the correct server is selected)? Some times a load error can stop your characters from showing.

idk nownit saying to update spells file. buddy set it up for me idk

We just had a patch last night and you will need to download the latest patch P99Files 56. Download it and under your download page click it to open it up to see the files and folders of the patch then hit "Ctrl A" to highlight all files then "Ctrl C" to copy all files then open up your P99 directory whatever you called it then double click Sony folder to open it then double click EverQuest folder to open it and now you should see all the EQ folders and files, hit "Ctrl V" to paste the patch folders and files into EverQuest, click the option in the window when it pops up "Replace the files in the destination." Then you should be good. Any problems check out El Hefe on youtube for his EQ install videos.

To update the spells go to the wiki.project1999 web page and near the top right click on "getting started". Scroll down and click on "Project 1999 Files (V56)." This will download it. Go to your download page on windows and click that file which will open it up so you can see folders and files. Click "Ctrl A" to highlight them then click "Ctrl C" to copy them.

Next: Go to your Project 1999 Folder on the C drive or wherever, double click to open it, double click on "Sony" folder to open it, double click on "EverQuest" folder to open it.

You will see Folder and files now you hit "Ctrl V" to paste the update to your EverQuest game. Now, a window will pop up, click "Replace the files in the destination." And you're good. To see this visually you can check out youtube and El Hefe has a video on it.
