Miscellaneous: Antonican Javelins

Seems to be missing the ammo slot tag and will crash you to the login screen when you try to equip it there either by auto-equipping or placing it manually in the ammo slot. I tried a vanilla UI to see maybe if that could be related but it didn't help.

Also, should these be able to be made in the Freeport Forge? They wouldn't combine in it and I had to run out to the Qeynos cultural forge to make them.
