How much faster would selos be going from MM to Sharkskin to Walrus skin drums?

Edit: Just realized it doesn't include selos run song. Rip. Take the selos song and multiply by modifier. For example 21 is 2.1 mod.

I don't think this is correct. It's saying at level 60 with drums of the beast that chant of battle gives 261 str.
