Spells: Unable to be bound in Kaladim bug

I'm a human shadowknight, and the guards con me apprehensively so I was able to enter Kaladim. When a party member and I zoned in he tried to bind me, but I was given a message the read something along the lines of "you are unable to develop an affinity for this area, try a city". No other typical city zone gave me this sort of problem. I petitioned and a GM asked if I could post this bug here.
