crashing constantly just started

just started crashing most of the times when i zone now i have already changed loading art and im still having the issue. any help would be awesome [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.], just to add i am using wineq also

Do you get an error message or just disconnected and sent back to the login screen or server select? Packet loss will cause issues like a blank server select, unable to reach character select or issues zoning.

so this stoped for awhile but this morning its back i can get to log in screen but when i try to enter the game it crashes 80% of the time it seems like and when zoning after i get into the game

Could be connectivity related. Rule it out with a hotspot, vpn, or trying from another location.

how did you resolve the crashing when zoning? i have been having this problem for a long time.
