Synopsis: Currently no xp reward.
Description: This quest requires you to kill rabid bears which drop a putrid pelt. Turn in one pelt for the quest reward. Everything currently works and you get a mesage saying you get xp but i don't believe you actually do. This quest is supposed to be good xp from around 10 - 14 or so, and I haven't ever seen the xp bar move. The rest of the rewards are fine. I should also note you do not get the quest ding sound when you turn it in, so the xp reward may be calculated properly it just isn't properly completing.
