Unable to login to Green or Blue, but Red works :/

Hey all, hoping someone can help me figure out this issue. I recently reinstalled the game (Titanium version, patched, etc) and was getting excited to make a char on green to play with a friend. Wellllll I can't. I was able to create a tester char on green but when I attempted to login, after a few minutes I'm kicked back to the login screen. I tried logging my old char on blue in, and same thing - kicked to login. The funny thing is, I can log my red char in without issue!

What could the issue possible be? I've searched the forums, I've reinstalled, double and triple checked settings and at this point, I'm just at a loss. Any thoughts??

Patch 58 or 59?

Patch 58 atm. Updated to patch 59 yesterday hoping that would resolve the issue and nada so when i finally reinstalled I only went as far as p58.
Just added in patch 59 and no change. I can log into red but not blue or green

Have you tried the middleman program everyone has been raving about? You seen to be getting far enough to say it's not your files.. How is your latency when you do get on? I used to get kicked a lot on weak mountain internet. Usually around 200-400Ms. I imagine red server has far fewer simultaneous packets to update - might be worth checking out.

Try the middleman and see if it helps you login.

I found middleman a little earlier today and it didn't help [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
I'm going to try to boot up my old laptop and grab my p99 directory from there and see if I can get login on that one, after patching of course
