How much MR do i need to resist Ensnaring Roots?

i´m a level 31 shaman iksar looking to take on the NK treants, but every time i do so i die because they root me and then nuke me. is there an amount of MR that can at least reduce how often i get rooted? i currently have 45 MR(65 using endure magic).[You must be logged in to view images.
