Wizard epic question

Hello I am a dark elf wizard on the blue server and I’m close to the final epic turn in. A guildie of mine has offered to MQ the blue crystal staff for me. I have completed the green oil turn in and received the staff of gabstik and note to Arintir so I believe I have enough faction. I did the quest to raise true spirit faction to the point Kandin was friendly. I also now have the gnarled staff from Venril Sathir.

My question is what faction level do we both need to ensure the turn in to Arantir is a success? We have access to an Ornate Velium pendant if needed, but Halas is dangerous for two darkies. My friend is an Iksar monk, so he could sneak for the turn in or do we need faction above indifferent to ensure success?

Thank you for any advice, the wiki didn’t have specifics on faction for each turn in so I was hoping to rely on your experience.
