NPC Spawn Issue: Drakkel Dire Wolf Whiskers

Is it possible to confirm that the whiskers for the Coldain Shoulder Quest are indeed dropping?

Several folks are reporting having killed 100s of wolves with no drops.

For me today alone was around 0 for 50.

I can't say for sure about Green, but on Blue they are pretty rare. I've done the Shawl quests twice now, and obtaining the whiskers is usually a huge pain in the ass due to the rarity.

Ive killed upwards of 200, with 4 Blood wolf harnesses and countless HQ pelts, so i am starting to think its not in the game yet

Correct, currently set for May 2001 patch in the timeline.
