I don't think the dot damage reduction was supposed to lower damage to zero, even for 1 point damage spells like DC. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Thats really freaking strange, even if it rounded it should still be 1....

Most everything in EQ truncates (rounds down). Low level nukes that were landing for partials had this problem before as well. Fixed, pending update.
