Does this drop on P1999? I have my Sleepers Tomb key but quit raiding years ago.

I got mine 2 years ago I think, and only saw one or two more copies drop while I was actively raiding. It certainly is rare, and occasionally it may rot. I got mine because the Shaman who was supposed to get it was too far away from Sleepers Tomb. I was allowed to loot it when the corpse timer hit less than 30 seconds. He wasn't even zoned in yet.
