multiple logins on same IP

My son wants to start playing as well but we've had the IP conflict issue. How do we go about getting access so that we can play at the same time?

In the petition forum there's an option to request an IP exemption. Fill that out (read the announcement post and answer all the questions) and then sit back and wait. They're processed in batches so it can take some time (days or weeks).
