Permafrost bug

I tried zoning into Permafrost, Green Server, and was instantly kicked. I got this message
"Everquest cannot load the zone file \*permafrost_obj.s3d\* in the directory that you are currently running EverQuest from. The file is present but may be currupt. \n\nPlease either reinstall or delete and re-patch this file. \n\nFor assistance with this problem, please call...."
Now I can't get to my character. Any ideas??
